• Planning a really big reception? We can handle large groups. Our Valencia Ballroom provides space for 300 people without a dance floor and 200 with a dance floor.
• Our ballroom has expansive windows that look out on the emerald-green fairways and giant oaks of Lake Wales Country Club.
• We can customize a menu to suit your event. We have both dinner buffet suggestions and sit-down dinners available. Dinner buffets range from a starting price of $24.00 to $73.00 per person while served dinners start at from $24.00 to $32.00 per person. At a buffet you can offer carved roast steamship od beef or tenderloin of beef or ham to your guests along with seafood, turkey or various chicken dishes. Served dinners can include chicken breast, seafood, veal dishes, pork loin, beef prime rib or tenderloin.
• Beverage packages are extra but we have a wide variety of options for your event.
• We provide a wide variety of linen and napkin colors at no extra charge.
• We can provide all kinds of extras at very reasonable prices including a 450 square-foot dance floor, carved and molded ice sculptures, a grand piano, valet parkers for your guests cars, flowers, cakes, decorations and music to go with that dance floor provided by bands, a pianist or a disc jockey.
• A wonderful backdrop for photos on our beautifully landscaped grounds.
• Best of all, our staff will do their utmost to turn your day into the most special wedding that your guests have ever attended.

Please note that we must add taxes and gratuities to the prices listed above. The room rental deposit must be paid within 14 days of your inquiry in order for us to hold a date.
